How do I redeem this promotion?

For existing WhizComms customers, please click on the “Sign up for Singtel Power Now!” referral button. You will be redirected to the Singtel Power-Geneco sign up page and then proceed to sign up.

I am already an existing Singtel Power or Geneco customer. Can I still enjoy this promotion?

This promotion is only eligible for new Singtel Power-Geneco sign up using the referral link from 16 December 2019.

I signed up for Singtel Power-Geneco after 16 December 2019, and then signed up for WhizComms Fibre Broadband after. Am I still eligible for this promotion?

Yes, you will be eligible for this Fibre Broadband bill rebate as long as you have an active broadband subscription with WhizComms on the day you successfully switched to Singtel Power-Geneco.

The Singapore Power account holder is not the same person as the WhizComms account holder. Can I still redeem this promotion?

Yes, you are eligible for this promotion. However, do note that upon signing up with Singtel Power-Geneco, the Electricity Supply Address has to be the same as your WhizComms' fibre installation address.

The personal information I have used for Singtel Power is different from my WhizComms Fibre Broadband subscription. Can I still redeem the Fibre Broadband bill rebate?

Yes, you are eligible for the Fibre Broadband bill rebate. However, do note that upon signing up with Singtel Power-Geneco, the Electricity Supply Address has to be the same as your WhizComms' fibre installation address.

I am recontracting/renewing my WhizComms Fibre Broadband plan within the next 3 months. Can my new Fibre broadband plan enjoy the bill rebate?

Yes, as long as you are a WhizComms customer when you have successfully switched to Singtel Power-Geneco, you will be eligible for the Fibre Broadband bill rebate.

When will I receive my Fibre Broadband Bill Rebate and $20 Shopping Voucher?

After confirmation that you have successfully switched to Singtel Power-Geneco, your Fibre Broadband bill rebate will be reflected in your next bill (this typically takes up to 4 months).

I have not received my Fibre Broadband bill rebate even though I have successfully switched to Singtel Power.

Your Fibre Broadband bill rebate will only be credited after we have received confirmation of the switch from Singtel Power-Geneco.

  • The additional $20 shopping voucher will only be valid to customers who successfully sign up to Singtel Power-Geneco between 5 to 31 October 2020. Collection details will be sent via SMS.
  • The $10 one-time Fibre Broadband Bill Rebate and $20 Shopping Voucher is only awarded to Singtel Power-Geneco sign-ups using the above referral link.
  • Upon signing up with Singtel Power-Geneco, your sign-up information will be shared with WhizComms for Fibre Broadband bill rebate verification purposes.
